#TTF16 Day One Highlights

Day one of Ticketing Technology Forum’s most international event to date was received very well in Dublin today. Queues at registration and a jam packed conference room has created quite the buzz amongst ticketing’s finest.

Ian Nuttall, Founder, commented that delegates were seeking him out during the day to compliment the excellent content delivered at the Crowne Plaza. Ian opened the day by storming the conference room with a GoPro strapped to his head, demonstrating how seldom we view the journey of our customers through their eyes. To illustrate the point further, three attendees had a GoPro bestowed upon them so that we can understand the Forum through the eyes of our own customers. Who knows what nuggets of wisdom the footage will reveal.
