Production Kickoff: Maximising Engagement

This week we start on the programme development for Ticketing Technology Forum 2016 (Dublin, 27-28 April). For this key task, we’ve appointed the very experienced Carl Goodman as our Conference Production Director.

Carl Goodman – bringing 15 years’ B2B conference experience to maximise audience engagement

With over 15 years’ experience in producing highly engaging B2B conferences on the global stage, Carl’s production credits include Transport Ticketing, Internet Retailing Expo, RBTE, Retail Week Live and many more.

Carl’s success has come from comprehensive research methodologies and his dedication to ensuring all of his conferences are engaging, dynamic and innovative.

“Whilst creating and perfecting the programme for each event, I always focus on ensuring delegate engagement is maximised through top class speakers and benefit-driven content,” explains Carl.

Carl will be supported by our expert Advisory Panel to ensure the fourth edition is ‘bang on’ with content, themes and debates.

“I’m already interviewing previous delegates to ensure the content is focused on resolving our audience’s key challenges and that the programme features speakers they really want to hear from. This will ensure the 2016 edition is the best Ticketing Technology Forum to date”.

“To have someone of Carl’s calibre is incredibly exciting and he will bring new approaches and ideas to the Forum,” comments TTF Founder Ian Nuttall. “Not only is his contacts book proving very useful in reaching new experts in the retail and technology sectors, but Carl’s expertise will also make the conference more enjoyable and more rewarding for our delegates – and that’s what we all want”.
